Sous Chef at The Heights Restaurant, you’ll play a vital role in
maintaining our reputation for culinary excellence. Your
responsibilities will include: - Assisting the Executive Chef in
managing daily kitchen operations. - Leading and mentoring kitchen
staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and
presentation. - Collaborating on menu planning and contributing
creative ideas to enhance our offerings. - Overseeing inventory,
ensuring freshness, and minimizing waste. - Maintaining a clean,
