Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Rome Health is seeking LPN's for
their Residential Health Care facility. The LPN collects data and
administers nursing care and procedures on adult residents in an
efficient, empathetic and timely manner, under the direction of the
Registered Nurse. Acts as a resident advocate and reinforces health
teaching. Manages C.N.A. team to provide excellent patient care in
a dignified, safe and caring manner. Located on the third floor of
the hospital, the RHCF is an 80-bed nursing home that provides
long-term care, short-term rehab, and respite care. Join a team

excellence and service. Qualified candidates must possess a current
New York License Practical Nurse license. We consistently achieve
