direct nursing and personal care with professionalism, empathy, and

responding promptly to changes Preparing and administering
medications as prescribed Performing accurate, timely charting in

and discharging residents Leading and supporting LPNs, CNAs, and

physicians, and supervisors Ensuring compliance with all regulatory
and facility policies Reporting safety concerns or suspected abuse
immediately Schedule Options Flexible shift lengths: 7.5, 10, 12,
