Job Description General Surgery opening in New YorkLocated in Potsdam, NYFull-Time & PermanentSeeking a BE/BC General Surgeon to join group.Details: - Compensation: $500,000-$600,000 - Signing Bonus: $25,000 - Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 - CME Allowance: $4,000 - Licensing & Professional Dues: $2,000 - Malpractice Coverage: Claims-made policy for professional malpractice insurance with $2.3M per occurrence and $6.9M aggregate plus tail coverage - Comprehensive Benefits Package: Health insurance, retirement plans, and more - Eligibility for Performance-Based Incentives * Pay Summary: The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices.
