Enjoy a salary and commission combination that can combine to be significantly higher than $50,000/ year while working an 8-5 schedule. The range of pay is based on 75% of sales coming from commission. There are no caps on earnings and commissions are paid out weekly. Descriptive Summary A Service Advisor is responsible for speaking with clients and potential customers to help them learn about our products and services. Their duties include meeting with clients, explaining how the companys products or services function, and providing training for the product or service to the customer. Key Performance Indicators Primary Job duties in this role: Check-in customers for service Provide customer service on available services Follow up on sales leads Offer product and service information to prospective customers. Core Functions List the core functions of the position: Performs check-in process for MTC and retail customers Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals. Input products and services sold into our billing software. Take incoming calls from customers Book retail appointments for all inquiring customers Follow up with customer on vehicle status Call and follow up on sales leads given Conduct quality control inspection on customers' vehicles before picking up Give customer overview of services performed at pick up Maintain a professional work environment. JOB Qualifications: Above-average communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills for the purposes of closing deals Good networking skills and the ability to handle numerous client companies and customers Ability to work under pressure and devise sales strategies Ability to explain product features and benefits in a way that stands out over competing brands Passionate about selling and finding ways to satisfy customers needs Resilience and a willingness to deal with rejection Excellent organization and management capabilities, including being a team player Winning Behaviors, Competencies, and Skills Define behaviors and values: Personality and communication (soft skills): Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning our products. Experience Education: High school diploma Work Experience: 5 years of product and service sales experience. Industry Knowledge: Familiar with the automotive industry or ability to learn the industry.
