They are tasked with researching best practices and contributing to the development of solutions and recommendations to enhance current business operations.   • Finance Scholarship Program What you will do as a Lead Business Data Analyst:
    • In this role, you'll work on harnessing the power of data, developing algorithms, and creating predictive models to drive strategic decisions and propel the company's innovations.
    • Runs daily queries within the Enterprise Data Warehouse and other databases ( Azure and Databricks).
    • Uses SQL/R/PYTHON /Power BI and/or other data tools to solve business problems.
    • Partner with IT to support investigation of data quality issues within the EDW (Azure Cloud).To be successful as a Lead Business Data Analyst, you'll need:
      • A Bachelor's degree with STEM concentration required. MS or MBA preferred.
      • Must have 4 years' experience in Power BI.
      • Must have 6+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting using SQL, R, Python and other tools.
      • Must have in depth understanding of multiple functional areas, including knowledge of operational practices and P&L drivers.
      • Proven ability with statistical methods and advanced modelling techniques (e.g., SVM, Random Forest, Bayesian inference, graph models, NLP, Computer Vision, neural networks, etc.)Who We Are:We are Turning Stone Enterprises, a dynamic organization with a diverse range of business operations.
