Software Quality Assurance EngineerCPS Recruitment is looking for an experienced Software Quality Assurance Engineer to work for one of our finest clients in the Utica, NY area. The ideal candidate will be driven and have experience developing exploratory and automated tests to ensure top product quality.You can sit in Syracuse or Utica, NY for this Hybrid Role1-2 days in the office / 3-4 days remote per weekAs the Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will:Implement automatic regression and functional tests, debug code and define corrective actionsAssist with development and implementation of Continuous Integration and Agile Development environmentsEstimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activitiesCreate detailed test plans, test case, and document resultsSupport multiple projects while providing continual improvement of infrastructure and testing methodologies using the latest technology and the best implementation strategies to test, update and patch critical systemsBackground Profile includes:Bachelor of Science or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
