2022 Job Description: Description of Duties:The Career Services
Coordinator is responsible for career planning counseling services,
programming and assistance with employment opportunities. The
coordinator will oversee the Career Services budget in consultation
with the VPSA and manage the student data system, Handshake. This
student-centered position requires a physical presence at both
campuses (Utica and Albany). Other reasonable duties as
assigned.The primary location for this position is in Utica, with
possible travel to other operating locations. Job
Requirements:Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree required, from
a college or University accredited by the US Department of
Education or internationally recognized accrediting organization.
Experience in career development, career counseling and placement
or a related field. Experience working with diverse
populations.Applicants must address in their applications their
abilities to work with a culturally diverse population. This
position is contingent on the satisfactory completion of a
background check; this position may require annual checks.Preferred
Qualifications:Master's degree preferred.Managerial and supervisory
