We're looking for a driven Senior Client Services Associate (SCSA) to join our Client Success Implementation team. Our SCSAs work in project pods to implement AlayaCare software with clients. If you're interested in helping us build the future of mobile healthcare, this job is for you.

You Will Be Working On

  • Supporting Senior Client Services Managers and Client Services Managers by coordinating implementation tasks and workstreams, and assisting the team with managing the full lifecycle of the project
  • Leading multiple, concurrent small and medium projects where you will be applying AlayaCare project methodologies across a client's lifecycle (independently or with a team)
    • Attending in-person and remote client meetings, reporting on changes to the project, and keeping the project documentation up to date
    • Managing project risks and issues by providing mitigation strategies, following procedure and seeking direction in the event of project conflict
    • Providing phone based and occasionally on-site tactical consulting related to AlayaCare projects. This may include workflow analysis, requirements gathering, business reviews etc.
      • Preparing and managing project documents and providing training to clients
      • Contributing to the development of best practices, methodologies, and other intellectual capital aimed at delivering value to our clients
      • Addressing and resolving client issues with the help of team members across AlayaCare, including occasional on-call after-hours assistance for support team
      • Actively managing the happiness and health of a portfolio of assigned AlayaCare clients
      • Working internally with other company teams such as engineering and product on special project tasks as assigned
        What We're Looking For
        • University degree in a relevant discipline including project management, business, health informatics, or a blend of post-secondary education with experience in healthcare, digital health, or SaaS implementation
        • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role is required
        • Experience in a project-based environment is strongly preferred
        • Experience in implementation of software and/or healthcare would be a definite asset
        • Technical aptitude is a must - candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel

        • Ability to build positive lasting relationships with key stakeholders and teammates
        • Exceptional organization, creative thinking and problem-solving skills
        • Outstanding written and oral communication skills - you are most definitely a people-person

          • Experience using project tools like Mavenlink, Hubspot, etc.
          • Experience delivering successful projects included implementing a SaaS technology in a B2B space
