Opportunity Overview

The Sr. Product Line Manager will manage a team of 10 direct employees. We are seeking a motivated thinker and dynamic leader who is well versed to lead and experienced navigating evolving business landscapes to achieve strategic objectives! Our sensor products are known across the globe driving smarter manufacturing in semi, display, pharma, optical, environmental and other adjacent markets. In this leadership role, the successful candidates will have proven experience to continuously drive improvement in existing products while determining the feasibility, desirability, and viability of new solutions. You will lead cross functional teams to engage with critical stakeholders to uncover and validate market needs and drive entrepreneurial mindset throughout direct reports and interdisciplinary teams. You will be the developer of strategic direction combining market intelligence and financial analysis and apply creativity and optimism to problem solving, and negotiations. With a passion for coaching and continuous improvement, you will have the vision and drive to uncover new possibilities for your team and INFICON's products.
