Contracts Administrator

Job Description:

Reports to:  Vice President of Treasury

Position Summary Oversee the creation and completion of our vendor contracts; examining and verifying data once the contracts are returned


Job Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with operations and finance teams on contract details
  • Draft and revise contracts as updates become available
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple departments to ensure all contracts are in compliance
  • Maintain all contracts, subcontracts, task orders, etc. within the Zoho system
  • Ensure all contracts are in accordance with local, state and federal laws and regulations
  • Monitor all contract deadlines and conditions to ensure all relevant requirements are met
  • Complete all required compliance training on an annual basis
  • Perform other duties as assigned



Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-driven
  • Strong organizational skills



Required Education and Experience:

  • 2 plus years of experience as a Contract Administrator, Paralegal, Contract Manager or similar
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar helpful
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
