Job Description Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for Production Assemblers in our Albany-area client. This person is responsible for assembling components or parts of a product efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with established manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role requires dexterity, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting production goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assembly Operations: Perform routine and repetitive assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and production equipment. Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions (both written and verbal). Position and align parts, such as fasteners, screws, bolts, and wires, using various measuring instruments and techniques. Quality Control: Inspect components and completed assemblies for defects, damage, or inconsistencies. Ensure all assembled products meet company quality standards and specifications. Identify and report any non-conforming materials, parts, or processes to the supervisor immediately. Perform basic functional tests or checks on sub-assemblies as required This client offers solid benefits and fosters a family-first, collaborative environment. Pay is $17.00- $19.00/hr depending on experience. Apply today! This is a full-time position - shifts are Mon-Thursday from 7am-5:30 pm with possible OT on Fridays.
