Job Title: Driver Location: Horseheads, NY, USA Employment Type: Contract - 12 Months Pay : $18 - $21/H About the Role We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Driver to join our client's team in the heavy industrial sector. In this role, you will contribute to operating various vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and assisting with equipment operations when necessary. Responsibilities Operate various vehicles including tractor trailer units, body load units, and 550s with gooseneck trailers Hook up hoses, run air slide controls, and strap loads Transport pallets of chemicals between districts in hotshot deliveries Assist equipment operators as needed Requirements Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles Willingness to learn and adapt to changing schedules and tasks Strong time management and self-regulation skills Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions, including air brakes and tanker endorsements Minimum education:Â High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications (if any) Oil & gas i ndustry experience Hazmat endorsement is a plus Salary & Benefits (Optional) Hourly pay range available upon request Bonuses for air slide runs, silo moves, and hotshot deliveries Per diem for travel days Reimbursable business-related expenses Training provided, including NEST, HVT, and QUEST certifications Work Environment Based in Horseheads, NY Field/onshore, heavy industrial environment Hands-on, physically active role Who We Are SGF Global is an integrated talent solutions provider, offering staffing, recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), nearshore, and consulting services across a wide range of industries in 35 countries.
