Farm produces high quality local pasture raised pork with non-GMO
feed. Position Overview: Sugar Hill Farm is looking to fill a meat
packaging position on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8am-4pm, hours
may vary. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food
industry and a strong commitment to food safety and quality.
Responsibilities: Package various cuts of meat Vacuum seal packages
for freshness Identify and label meat cuts correctly Maintain a
clean and sanitary work area Follow all safety and sanitation
protocols Qualifications: Strong attention to detail Comfortable
working in a fast paced environment Ability to lift and move heavy
meat lugs Familiar with food safety standards and regulations
Ability to learn and follow USDA sanitation rules The pay range for
