www.coreweave.com . What You’ll Do: The Employment team, within
Legal and Government Affairs (LGA), partners closely with the
People team and business leaders to support CoreWeave’s global
workforce by delivering practical employment law guidance and
building scalable, compliant employment frameworks across the
jurisdictions in which we operate. In this role, you will advise on
a broad range of U.S. and international employment law issues and
help operationalize employment programs, policies, and practices
that support a rapidly expanding organization. About the role: We
are seeking a dynamic Senior Counsel, Employment , who will report
to the Associate General Counsel, Employment , to advise on a broad
range of employment law issues affecting CoreWeave’s global
workforce. You will partner closely with the People team, and
collaborate frequently with other key stakeholders, including
Accounting, Payroll, Tax, Corporate Development, and Securities, to
address workforce issues, manage legal risk, and support consistent
employment practices as CoreWeave continues to scale. The ideal
candidate will have experience supporting employment law issues in
a multi-jurisdictional environment, preferably in a high-growth,
technology environment. If hired, you will help support and
implement CoreWeave’s employment strategy, programs, and policies
while complying with applicable law in multiple jurisdictions in
which CoreWeave operates. In this role, you will: Provide
day-to-day legal advice and support under the direction of the
Associate General Counsel, Employment on a variety of U.S. and
global employment law matters, including recruiting, hiring, and
terminations, employment and separation documentation, EORs and
PEOs, compensation and benefits, leaves of absence, reasonable
accommodations, performance management, restrictive covenants,
employee classifications, employment disputes, organizational
restructures, and transactional-related employment matters. Provide
timely, business-focused advice and counseling in support of
CoreWeave’s workforce strategies and policies, including
identifying jurisdiction-specific risks and escalating issues as
appropriate, in accordance with evolving laws and regulations.
Rapidly build trusted and inclusive partnerships with our People
team and provide clear insights to address concerns and reach best
outcomes. Review, interpret, draft, and update company policies and
procedures. Monitor legislation, regulations, case law and
government enforcement activities relating to relevant employment
law areas, and surface key developments, trends, and risks to
relevant Legal, People, and business partners. Help build a robust
corporate compliance program, including assisting with enhancing
and maintaining employment policies, processes, and training
programs with scalable frameworks. Conduct legal research on U.S.
and international employment law issues and prepare summaries and
recommendations for review by senior team members. Work
collaboratively to prioritize business objectives and support
overall company success in a fast-paced, global operating
environment. Support the management of outside counsel—including
local counsel in non-U.S. jurisdictions—by coordinating requests,
reviewing work product, and escalating recommendations as
appropriate. Support other projects, as needed. Minimum
Qualifications: 5 years of relevant employment law experience
advising on U.S. and global workforce matters. Required experience
supporting employment matters in a multi-jurisdictional
environment, including working with EORs and/or PEOs, local
counsel, or regional People teams outside the U.S. Experience
gained through a combination of law firm and/or in-house roles,
preferably at a global, high-growth, tech and/or publicly-traded
company. Strong foundational knowledge of employment law and
experience applying legal principles across jurisdictions. Ability
to independently handle routine and moderately complex employment
law matters, while exercising sound judgment regarding escalation.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate
effectively with a wide variety of people, collaborate with diverse
business groups, and build strong working relationships. Ability to
receive feedback and demonstrate continuous growth within the role.
Strong problem-solving skills to digest issues, evaluate solutions,
and recommend practical approaches. Excellent drafting, written,
verbal communication, legal interpretation, and research skills. A
commitment to professional conduct, excellence, and meticulous
attention to detail, sometimes under time pressure. Ability to
balance legal risk mitigation against business objectives with
guidance from senior leaders. Experience working with or
coordinating outside counsel, including non-U.S. counsel,
preferred. J.D. degree & membership in at least one state bar.

for this role is $143,000 to $210,000. The starting salary will be
determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the
market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal
equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary,
our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity
awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on
