- Serve as first point of contact for support desk (password
resets, equipment troubleshooting).
- Escalate tickets as necessary.
- Track progress and resolution of customer issues thru ticketing
- Provide on-call support for non-business hours.
- Image computers, set up desktops, monitors, and desk phones.
QUALIFICATIONS MUST have:
- Minimum Associated Degree
- 3-5 years` experience with troubleshooting, problem
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills Education:
University - Associate`s Degree/Graduate Diploma/2 Years
