Primary/Acute/Occ Med clinic. Adults only Employee care. ASAP -
March 12, 2026, with a good chance of extending for a few months. M
- TH - 6:00a - 4:00p Clean, Active, NY license DEA Occupational
Medicine experience required. DOT Certification is required. 2
years or more of NP/PA work experience Malpractice, Accommodations
