Job Description:

$22.50- $24/hr, plus shift differentials. 18 years old, with
agency-approvable driver’s license. High school diploma or GED with
diploma, two years’ experience with I/DD. or Associates/Bachelor’s
Degree, one year experience with I/DD. Schedule will include
afternoons and weekends. You can be a hero with the simple act of
caring. You will be an advocate for people with disabilities,
creating a loving, warm atmosphere. Lead & manage operations of the
home Ensure and provide quality care and support to individuals
Supervise employees with hands-on approaches Determine daily
routine, scheduling of staff, and keep documentation Enjoy leading
teams of DSPs and individuals in community events, such as going to
concerts, holiday activities, visiting the park, shopping,
attending carnivals/fairs, and more Teach meal prep,
cooking/baking, and more Enjoy time outside as well as in-home
activities, such as arts/crafts, movie screenings, and seasonal
celebrations Empower individuals through skill-building, and
helping to achieve personal goals, hopes, and dreams Work in a
