round employees POSITION SUMMARY The Owner Rental Coordinator plays
a key role in all behind-the-scenes processes for our owner rental
program. This position is responsible for collecting and preparing
all statistical reporting, maintaining relationships with other
departments and outside vendors. This is a full-time year-round,
benefit eligible position. The pay range for this role is $21.00 -
$23.00/hr. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Input owner calendars and make owner
reservations Property checks upon guest and owner arrival and
departure Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance vendors, and owners
for upkeep and repairs Work closely with Quality Assurance
Coordinator to ensure condos operate at top performance level
Update unit statistics and inventory photos annually Collaborate
with the marketing team to maintain updated information on
Stratton's website regarding condos in the program Maintain and
update unit features in HOST Accurately maintain condo reports and
records Assist the ORM manager when needed Additional tasks as
assigned QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma, or equivalent Previous lodging, resort, or
hospitality experience preferred Strong computer literacy Excellent
verbal and written communication Strong analytical and
organizational skills PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS This
position may be required to work weekends and holidays. To perform
this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each
essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable
