McLane Drivers safely deliver and unload product from our distribution centers to our customers, and they earn great pay and benefits. McLane promotes earning, learning, and living a great life. So, here's the details: - Pay Rate: Drivers make $65,000 to $95,000 average in their first year - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus - Day 1 Benefits available: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance. - Regional routes, home time during the week and every weekend. - Discount programs. - 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days. - Paid holidays, vacation time, sick leave accrual, tuition reimbursement program, and more! - Training available to drivers with a commercial license who need more road time. - Many route options available including a traveling driver option with premium pay. - Shuttle, yard drivers, linehaul and part-time are also available. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: - At least 21 years of age. - Have a Commercial Driver License (CDL Class A) with a clean driving record. - Recent CDL graduate drivers. - Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications. Candidates may be subject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.
