DRIVER- Valet Parking Attendant - to work in Verona, NY.We have openings for Overnight Shift - seeking FT or PT. We will consider staff that can work 2-5 nights.Fun outdoor working environment.Base pay for overnight staff is $15.20/hour, and valets typically earn more than $5-8/hour in tips. Average combined earnings can exceed $20-22/hour. Both written and verbal communication.Duties and responsibilitiesTo maintain a professional image for our client establishmentTo assist any and all patrons in any way we canTo park their vehicle in a safe manner, ensuring its safety at all timesTo run back to the valet station as quickly as possible, ensuring that customers will not have to wait for serviceTo get along well with their coworkers and enjoy their jobPhysical DemandsStanding for the duration of your shiftRunning up 25 times per shift or moreEntering and exiting customers' vehicles 25 or more times dailyLifting wheelchairs, strollers, walkers, baggage, gifts, etc. (in and out of customers' vehicles)Communicate effectively with customers and coworkersWork environment - Outdoors for the duration of the shift. Inclement weather (hot, cold, precipitation, etc) will have a significant impact on the employees' work environment. Shifts will not be canceled due to inclement weather and all employees will be required to attend their scheduled shifts, and maintain a high quality of work despite weather conditions.We are seeking both full-time and part-time staff. Applicants with a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, transportation, and security often make a good fit for this position.
