Spressos Coffee House in Rome has been in business since 2005, has built a reputation of serving fine bakery, breakfast and lunch items as well as handcrafted espressos drinks. We are looking for that dynamic individual that wants to work as a Head Chef in a fast paced environment with great hours in a family run business. Job Requirements/Responsibilities Minimum 3 years food service experience Formal culinary training preferred Knowledge of kitchen equipment such as meat slicer, convection oven, coolers Good Knife skills Prepare soups & dinner specials from scratch, follow recipes Sandwich & salad building Assess food costs, reduce waste, and manage kitchen tasks. Control inventory & manage ordering.
