Job Description ATX Learning Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit Supervisor for a travel nursing job in Ithaca, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/20/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Schedule: - 4x10-hour shifts (Tuesday or Wednesday off) or 5x8-hour shifts Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of ICU bedside experience - Recent experience in a leadership role (Team Lead, Assistant Manager, Manager, or Nurse Leader) - Active RN License of NY, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Pay: - Local: $71/hr on W2 - Traveler: $3,125/week Gross Key Responsibilities: - Manage staffing, scheduling, and timekeeping - Monitor productivity and ensure staff accountability - Oversee attendance, performance, and staff development - Handle incident reporting and follow-ups - Support hiring, interviewing, and onboarding processes - Conduct patient and unit rounding to ensure compliance - Address and manage daily operational challenges About ATX Learning Healthcare ATX Learning Healthcare, a sister company of ATX Learning, is a trusted healthcare staffing and workforce solutions partner dedicated to strengthening patient care across the United States.
