Job Description:

within our Orthopedics and Spine Unit. This role offers a

promote optimal outcomes in managing and recovering operative care
patients. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for
orthopedic and spine patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary
teams to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Participate
in research and implement best practices in patient care. Educate
patients and families about post-operative care and rehabilitation.
Manage patient care with specific attention to safety, infection
control and privacy. Document patient care services and outcomes to
ensure continuity of care. Proficient in standard clinical nursing
procedures Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to
work effectively in a team Capable of handling orthopedic and
surgical equipment Competency in electronic health record systems
Medical Insurance Life Insurance Current RN License in the state of
practice BLS certification Orthopedic Nursing Certification (ONC)
