Provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of RNs and physicians Monitor patient health and maintain accurate health records Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing needed health education and counseling Assist in the implementation of patient care plans Cooperate with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal care Maintain a compassionate and supportive environment for patients and colleagues Strong practitioner skills in a healthcare setting Efficient communication and interpersonal abilities Capability to handle stress and react effectively to emergency situations Proficiency in maintaining records and managing healthcare information systems Active LPN license in the state of practice CPR certification
