We’re seeking a Board-Certified (or eligible) Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative team that values work-life balance, teaching opportunities, and long-term growth — all in one of New York’s most scenic and thriving communities. What You’ll Do: Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages Maintain a 40-hour workweek with 34 hours of patient-facing time See 18–24 patients per day with strong support from APPs and staff Participate in a low-frequency, phone-only call rotation with RN triage Offer occasional telemedicine coverage (a few hours on select weekends) Collaborate with a physician-led care team in a system that values your input Optional teaching of NP/PA and med students , and pathways into hospital or leadership roles Compensation & Perks: Base salary : $250,000–$260,000 Sign-on bonus : Up to $75,000 paid in full with your first paycheck $25,000 retention bonus at start of Year 2 Productivity incentives available from Day 1 Choose your pace: 4-day or 5-day workweek Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental & vision coverage Life insurance short & long-term disability Retirement program with employer contributions FSA accounts for health and dependent care Generous PTO sick time CME allowance for professional development Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer Internal pathways for career advancement ?
