Job Description Primary Care Physician – Stillwater, NYFull-Time | Outpatient | Strong Support Teaching & Leadership OpportunitiesPosition Highlights:We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician for a full-time outpatient role in Stillwater, New York. This position offers a well-supported clinical environment, flexible scheduling, and optional involvement in teaching or administrative roles.Clinical Responsibilities: - Provide full-spectrum primary care for all ages (pediatrics to geriatrics) - Manage chronic conditions, acute care needs, and preventive screenings - Collaborate with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - Participate in a light call rotation supported by RN triage - Flexible schedule options available (preference for full-time with shared call) Opportunities for Growth: - Teaching first-year medical students and precepting NP/PA students (optional) - Leadership and hospital medicine involvement (optional) - Join a physician-led, hospital-affiliated system Candidate Requirements: - Board Certified in Family Medicine OR dual certified in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics - If Board Eligible, please confirm: - Years since eligibility (1–5 years) - Advance notice of graduation acceptable (1–2 years) - Timeline for Board Certification (e.g., within 3 years) - Active NY medical license or willingness to obtain – Required - Minimum 1 year of primary care experience – Required - Clean malpractice and license history – Required, no exceptions - No visa sponsorship available Compensation & Start Date: - Competitive salary based on experience (discussed during interview) - Start date available upon credentialing Interested? - RecruitWell will coordinate a call between you and the client to discuss this role further.
