Endoscopy RN Job Details - Location: Ithaca, NY 14850 (New York
healthcare job) - Assignment Length: 13 weeks (May 19, 2025 –
August 18, 2025) - Healthcare Setting: Endoscopy Unit - Shift:
Variable day shifts (start times at 7am, 8am, or 9am) - Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 4x10 hour or 5x8 hour shifts per week - Guaranteed
Hours: 40 hours per week - Call Requirement: 1 weeknight per week
and 1 weekend every 4 weeks (must be able to take call alone) -
Estimated Weekly Salary: $2140–$2300 per week Registered Nurse
Qualifications - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York
State or compact state (NY RN license preferred) - Minimum 1 year
of recent Endoscopy nursing experience - Experience with conscious
sedation and ability to work independently - Current BLS
certification (Basic Life Support) - Strong clinical, critical
thinking, and communication skills - Ability to fulfill on-call
requirements independently Endoscopy RN Responsibilities - Deliver
high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic
procedures - Administer and monitor conscious sedation safely and
independently - Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary
healthcare team members - Monitor, assess, and document patient
status throughout procedures and recovery - Respond to medical
emergencies and provide appropriate interventions - Participate in
on-call rotation, including weeknight and weekend coverage Ready to
