Certifications: BLS, ACLS, Stroke Training Must-Have: - 2 years of
RN experience in step down telemetry - Strong communication and
teamwork skills Description: This is a 24-bed telemetry unit with
capabilities for step down patients. The unit features large rooms
with private bathrooms and showers. Nurse to patient ratios are 3:1
for step down, 5:1 for day shift, and 7:1 for night shift. Team
nursing is practiced, with a ratio of 8:2 on day shifts and 10:2 on
night shifts. Key responsibilities include: - Medication
administration - Conducting assessments - Developing care plans -
