Job Description The Guthrie Clinic's Robert Packer Hospital
anesthesiology residency program seeks a pediatric anesthesiologist
to oversee didactic and clinical education of residents. Highlights
of the Position - Anesthesiology Residency Program - 18 modern
operating rooms - Teaching regular rotations of residents and
medical students. - Robust EHR used in all areas, including
operating room (Epic 10-star health system, top 1% of Epic
Organizations) - Anesthesia Department manages OR schedule,
providing the necessary structure for a smooth, efficient workday -
0.1 FTE Administrative Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits -
Above industry average salary up to $575K total compensation - $25K
Starting Bonus, $25K retention bonus each year for the following 3
years - $15K quality/citizenship bonus available yearly - Full
benefits including medical, dental, vision and disability insurance
- Malpractice/liability insurance including tail coverage - Guthrie
retirement savings plan (403B) with employer match up to 3% plus
yearly age-based contributions - Allowance for licensure fees, Drug
