Rome, New York - Schedule: 7 On / 7 Off | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM -
Setting: Community-based hospital | Non-trauma facility - Average
Census: 12–15 patients per physician - Team: Collaborative
hospitalist group managing 40–50 patients collectively - ICU: Open
ICU with 24/7 intensivist support (no procedures required) -
On-Call: None — enjoy true work-life balance! - EMR: Paragon
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $250,000 – $275,000 Starting
Bonus: $15,000 Productivity & Quality Bonuses available Relocation

Certified within 2 years of contract start ? Active NY license or
