In this critical role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide urgent and emergent care to adult patients, embodying our commitment to excellence and innovative patient care. This position involves night shifts, offering 36 hours per week, and requires a dynamic nurse who is skilled in high-pressure environments where rapid decision-making and complex clinical skills are essential. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in an emergency setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team. Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, demonstrating critical thinking and clinical expertise. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and administer medications accurately and safely. Educate patients and their families on illness and injury prevention and management. Support departmental goals and uphold best practices in patient safety and care. Advanced knowledge of emergency care procedures and protocols. Strong ability to work effectively in high pressure environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Preferably certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
