in a dynamic stepdown unit, this nursing opportunity caters to
registered nurses skilled in managing patients transitioning from
intensive care but requiring close monitoring before moving to a
general medical-surgical floor. This contract position offers the

Responsibilities: - Monitor and assess patients transitioning from
intensive care units, ensuring stability and appropriate clinical
interventions. - Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed, maintaining detailed patient records. - Collaborate
with multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans. -
Educate patients and families on health status and care plans. -
Respond promptly to emergencies, providing critical care as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and
institutional policies. Desired Qualifications: - Current
Registered Nurse (RN) license. - Previous experience in a stepdown
or progressive care unit. - Strong critical thinking and assessment

Compensation for this position ranges from $26.59 to $50.00.
