Surg for a travel nursing job in Glens Falls, New York. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN -
Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift:
12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel /n/n Unit Details: /n/n
/n/t - Consist of mainly tele/cardiac patients /n/t - of Beds in
unit: 16 /n/t - RN to Patient ratio: 4:1 /n/t - Patient Population:
Adult - Geriatric /n/t - Dress code: any color scrubs /n/t - Remote
Tele Unit /n/t - MUST be able to follow & comfortably the
Department expectations to interpret, measure & document cardiac
rhythms 2x/shift /n /n /n/n /n/t - MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE -
[REQUIRED] /n/t - 3 years experience- [REQUIRED] /n/t - Strong
proficiency & experience working on Cardiac/Tele, Med-Tele Units -
[Required] /n/t - Previous travel experience: [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
/n/t - MUST be able to comfortably follow the Department
expectations to interpret, measure & document cardiac rhythms
2x/shift /n/t - Neuro/stroke experience [HIGHLY PREFERRED] /n/t -
NO BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED /n/t -
Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. [REQUIRED] /n
/nClinician MUST be reliable! No attendance concerns, call outs,
etc - very patient oriented Unit /n /nProfile Requirements: /n /n/t
- Work History /n/t - Skills Checklist (pertinent to position),
current to 1 year /n/t - 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from
within the past two years of employment) /n/t -
License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY
License, ACLS, BLS, PERM ADDRESS - Facility will not pend
license/certs) /n /n /nPermanent address must be included in
profile. Address must match Driver License/State ID. Address will
be validated during compliance process. /nTravelers from the
following counties in New York will not be considered for travel
assignments at Glens Falls (Perm address must be included in
