Doctor of Medicine | Hospitalist Location: Rome, NY Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a full-time Hospitalist (MD/DO) for a permanent position in New York. This role offers a 7 on / 7 off daytime schedule with no on-call responsibilities and a supportive inpatient environment. Role Highlights: Schedule: 7 on / 7 off, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Average patient load: 12–15 patients per physician Open ICU model with 24/7 intensivist support Collaborative team managing approximately 40–50 patients collectively No trauma designation No on-call duties Practice in a well-supported, community-focused inpatient setting EMR system in place for streamlined documentation This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced hospitalists and newer graduates seeking stability, work-life balance, and strong clinical support.
