The role involves managing chronic illnesses, performing exams and screenings, collaborating with an advanced practice provider, and participating in teaching opportunities . Physicians will also have light call responsibilities and options for hybrid/leadership roles . This is a supportive, outpatient-focused practice with opportunities for professional growth. Shift Timings: Full-time, outpatient schedule Shared call rotation Requirements Board Certified in Family Medicine OR dual Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Active NY medical license (or willing to obtain) Minimum 1 year of primary care experience Clean malpractice and licensing history Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) Benefits Competitive base salary $250K–$260K Sign-on bonus up to $75K Retention bonus $25K at start of year two Health, dental, and vision coverage CME allowance and professional development support Retirement program with employer contributions
