| Day | 8am-4pm (based on experience and shift differential)

do as a Respiratory Therapist for The Wesley Community? Assess
Residents' respiratory status, including breath sounds, oxygen
saturation, and work of breathing. Administer respiratory therapies
such as: Oxygen therapy Aerosolized medications (nebulizers,
inhalers) Tracheostomy care and suctioning CPAP/BiPAP therapy
Monitor and document residents' responses to respiratory
treatments. Respond to respiratory emergencies and changes in
resident conditions. Make appropriate reports to the Unit
Coordinator, Charge Nurse or Supervisor as required or necessary.
Attend unit meetings Respiratory Therapist Requirements : Graduate
of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. Must have current NYS
licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT, as required by
state regulations). Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred, if
applicable). Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or
geriatric care preferred. Familiarity with electronic medical
records (EMR) systems. The Wesley Community strives to have its
