Job Description Delphi Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician for a permanent position at Lewis County Health System. This role supports a retiring family physician’s practice and offers the opportunity to help build a new pediatric office while also providing inpatient pediatric and newborn care. Please note: We cannot sponsor J1 or H1B visas for this position. Position Highlights: - Base salary: $340,000 (full-time outpatient practice with inpatient call) - $25,000 start bonus paid in your first paycheck - Quarterly RVU productivity bonus (>50% MGMA) - Call coverage: 10 days/month shared among three providers - Level 1 Newborn Nursery (fewer than 180 deliveries/year) - Inpatient pediatric admissions (fewer than 50/year) Requirements: - Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician - Current PALS, NRP, and BLS certifications Benefits: - Occurrence malpractice coverage - CME allowance and 6 weeks of paid time off - Premium health and dental insurance - Disability policy - Retirement options: NY State pension or 401K - Eligible for HHS, DANY, PSLF, and NHSC loan repayment programs Community: Enjoy a welcoming rural lifestyle with excellent schools, outdoor recreation, and convenient access to Syracuse, Rochester, Albany, and Utica.
