Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, Days and Nights (12-hour day
and 12-hour night rotations; exact start/end times and days to be
confirmed with the facility) Hours per Week: 36 Candidate Pay Rate:

Responsibilities Provide expert, compassionate care to critically
ill patients in the ICU following established protocols Monitor
hemodynamic status and respond promptly to changes in patient
condition Administer medications, manage infusions and titrate
drips with precision Operate and troubleshoot ventilators and other
critical-care equipment Collaborate closely with physicians and the
interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans Lead
time-sensitive interventions during emergencies and support rapid
response efforts Document assessments, interventions and patient
progress accurately in the EHR Educate patients and families about
care plans, clinical status and discharge expectations
Qualifications Current RN license in New York or ability to obtain
licensure promptly for this assignment Critical care/ICU clinical
experience (prior ICU experience required) BLS certification
required and ACLS certification required or obtainable quickly
Strong clinical judgment, ability to prioritize and manage multiple
critically ill patients Clear communication skills and a
collaborative mindset for team-based care Ability to start quickly
for this urgent, quick-start contract Education Associate Degree in
Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); BSN
preferred Knowledge & Skills Advanced patient assessment and
interpretation of hemodynamic data Experience with ventilator
management and airway support Medication administration and IV
infusion/drip titration skills Familiarity with ICU monitoring
equipment and alarm management Proficiency with electronic health
records and accurate clinical documentation Critical thinking,
rapid decision-making and crisis management Strong teamwork,
