Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff Perform duties such as taking vital signs, preparing and administering medications as directed, collecting samples, and recording patient information Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to registered nurses or doctors Assist with patient hygiene, feeding, and other daily activities Support patient and family needs to ensure comfort, understanding, and education about treatment plans Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold all HIPAA regulations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in clinical skills with an adherence to nursing care standards Capability to operate medical equipment Current LPN license in the state of employment CPR/BLS certification required
