patient care. We are currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse
III in our Orthopedics and Spine Unit. This position requires a
commitment to patient-centered care, excellence in nursing
practices, and a high level of collaboration within
multidisciplinary teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring the
highest standards of specialized nursing care for orthopedic and
spine patients. Provide expert care and treatment to patients in
the Orthopedics and Spine Unit. Collaborate with multidisciplinary
healthcare teams to formulate patient-centric treatment plans.
Implement patient care plans meticulously while adhering to
hospital standards. Engage in continuous education to remain
abreast of advancements in orthopedic and spine care. Assist in the
research and clinical trials within the department, emphasizing
evidence-based practice. Advanced clinical skills in orthopedic and
spine nursing care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team
environment. Proficiency in using medical software and patient
management systems. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of practice. Certification in Orthopedic Nursing (ONC)
preferred.
