Job Description:

high-quality patient care in a specialized unit. Implement patient
care plans and monitor outcomes. Participate in the training and
mentorship of junior nursing staff. Engage in interdisciplinary
teamwork to optimize patient care. Contribute to nursing research
and evidence-based practice projects. Maintain compliance with
hospital and national healthcare regulations. Advanced clinical
nursing skills. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities. Proficient in
using medical software and electronic health records. Ability to
handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current RN license in the state of practice. BLS/ACLS
certification. Certification in a specialty area (e.g., CCRN, CNL)
preferred.
