Schedule Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (06:45 - 19:15), with every other weekend required. Job Description This position requires a Respiratory Therapist with 2 years of experience to provide exceptional care in a hospital setting. Responsiveness to critical situations and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential for this role. Responsibilities Manage respiratory therapy treatments and procedures for patients across various age groups, including neonates, infants, children, adults, and geriatrics. Assist with intubation and extubation processes. Provide care for tracheostomy patients and manage associated equipment. Utilize various respiratory devices including BiPAP, CPAP, and High Flow Nasal Cannula. Implement and maintain ventilatory support and weaning protocols. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure NY State Respiratory Therapy License (required at time of submission). Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP. 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy with a preference for hospital experience. Travel experience is preferred. Why ARMStaffing?
