Interventional Radiology experience - Experience with adolescent to
geriatric populations - Experience with procedural sedation,
circulation, and recovery phase - Ability to float to Cardiac Cath
Lab Description: COVID vaccinations are mandatory to fill this
need. Proofs must be uploaded with the profile. The Interventional
Radiology Lab provides care to both the acute inpatient population
and the elective outpatient population. Care is provided through an
interdisciplinary team of specialized physicians, registered
nurses, and registered radiology technologists. Staff is available
24/7 for any emergency procedure during off hours, weekends, and
holidays. Responsibilities include performing angiograms,
peripheral revascularization, placement and maintenance of
hemodialysis catheters, nephrostomy drainage tubes, gastrostomy and
jejunostomy tubes, and central line placements. Vascular access
includes port placement and integrity management. Pain management
interventions, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and pre and post-care
for patients having renal, liver, and lung biopsies are also part
of the role. Experience with trauma patients is essential. The
working environment includes both adolescents and geriatric
populations. Dress code consists of hospital-provided scrubs. One
weekend every seven weeks is required. On-call duty is one night a
