Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Glens Falls, NY Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,411 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/26/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Telemetry/Cardiac Unit – Upstate New York Start Date: February 26, 2026 Location: Upstate New York Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 13-week assignment, rotating weekends (every other), no call required Highlights: 16-bed telemetry/cardiac unit serving adult and geriatric patient populations 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio in a remote telemetry monitoring environment Epic EMR system utilized throughout the facility Join a 410-bed accredited community hospital with The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval 8-hour non-billable orientation provided Flexible dress code – personal scrubs in any solid color Requirements: Active New York RN license (must be current at time of submission) Current ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications Minimum 3 years of acute care RN experience required Epic EMR experience required Strong cardiac/telemetry or med-tele unit experience required Must be proficient in interpreting, measuring, and documenting cardiac rhythms twice per shift Neuro/stroke experience highly preferred Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred Completion of crisis prevention and verbal de-escalation training (Welle or CPI) required for onboarding Must complete 14-panel drug screen within 24 hours of offer acceptance New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate required Reliable transportation required Excellent attendance record and strong patient care focus essential Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a patient-centered cardiac care environment within a community-focused, nationally accredited hospital system.
