Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Schenectady, NY Agency: Job.com Pay: $2,800 to $3,000 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) Location: Schenectady, NY Shift: 12-Hour Nights (3x12) Duration: 13 Weeks Pay Range: $2,800 – $3,000 per week Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team in Schenectady, NY. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in a fast-paced emergency department environment. Responsibilities: Assess, triage, and manage patients presenting with emergency medical needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs accurately. Provide emotional support and education to patients and families. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and state regulations. Requirements Requirements: Current RN license (NY State). Minimum 1–2 years of recent ER experience required. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (TNCC preferred). Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
