Job Description Staff Today is seeking a local contract nurse RN
Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care for a local contract nursing
job in Elmira, New York. Job Description & Requirements -
Specialty: Long Term Care - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks -
40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, nights - Employment Type: Local
Contract Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Registered
Nurse to work at a facility in Elmira , NY. These are registry
positions with our company. Pay Rate: $65 / hour *W2 Shift Details:
- RN night shift from 10:45pm-7:15am (8 hour shifts) with every
other weekend on and off. Job Responsibilities: - Provides general
nursing care to patients. - Administers prescribed medications and
treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques. -
Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and
examinations of patients. - Observes patient, records significant
conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of
patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and
significant incidents. - Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure,
and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess
condition of patient. - May make beds, bathe, and feed patients. -
May serve as leader for group of personnel rendering nursing care
to number of patients. - Additional RN duties given by Supervisor.

are:/n/nAt least one year (12 months) of experience as a Registered
Nurse (RN)./n/nA valid and current RN license issued in the state
of NY/n/nA valid and current CPR card (American Heart
Association)/n/nProficiency in the English language is necessary
for communication with other staff and patients. RN must be able to
communicate effectively in oral and written English./n/nRN's with
long term care experience and or supervisor experience, who
understand that they will be asked to float and to cover as floor
