Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is
working with Job.com to find a qualified NICU RN in Utica, New
York, 13502! Provide specialized nursing care to premature and
critically ill newborns in Level II/III NICU settings. Perform
continuous monitoring, assessment, and documentation of neonates’
conditions using Epic EMR. Administer medications, fluids, and
nutritional support according to physician orders and protocols.
Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other
team members to plan and deliver coordinated care. Educate and
support families on neonatal conditions, procedures, and home care
preparation. Respond promptly to emergencies such as apnea,
bradycardia, and respiratory distress. Maintain a safe, clean, and
developmentally appropriate environment for infants. Participate in
floating assignments as needed — may include Maternal-Baby (MB),
Pediatrics, or adult units (within helping-hands capacity). 5

– Post-Resuscitation/Pre-Transport Stabilization Program Education:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; current RN license in
