the Psychiatric RN: Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to

strategies Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists,

document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the
EMR Requirements of the Psychiatric RN: Active New York RN license
(or ability to obtain before start) BLS required. Minimum 2 years
of recent inpatient psychiatric or behavioral health experience
Strong de-escalation, communication, and assessment skills Ability
to work effectively with patients experiencing mental health crises
