Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, IMCU – New York Start Date: February 9, 2026 Location: Upstate New York Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Night shift, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM Highlights: 64-bed Intermediate Care Unit with 15 designated neuro beds Diverse case mix including neuro, cardiac, trauma, respiratory, DKA, sepsis, MI, and post-operative patients Experience with specialty equipment: temporary pacers, chest tubes, arterial lines, BiPAP, chronic vents, and Neptune systems EPIC EMR system in use Adult patient population (18 years and older) Floating to other units may be required Requirements: Active New York RN license required Minimum 2 years of recent IMCU/PCU experience Travel nursing experience strongly preferred Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications EPIC EMR experience required Two recent IMCU Charge Nurse or Manager references Why It's a Great Opportunity: This high-acuity intermediate care unit offers RNs the chance to care for a wide variety of critically ill patients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
